Back in July, I decided I was fed up with the way we were eating and I was ready to get back on track and take control of our health. We decided to take a shot at Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living Program and see what could happen. Little did I know it was about to change our lives for good. So here is our Arbonne review and everything you need to know about the program.
What is Arbonne? & Why use them?
If you have never heard of Arbonne, they are a global health and wellness company that has been around for over 40 years. They are a certified B-corporation company, which means that they balance people, profit, and the planet. It is a very lengthy and difficult certification to get, which just further proves the validity of this company and the mission they stand for.
Arbonne offers everything from skincare, bath & body, makeup, hair, kids & babies, men’s, and nutritional products. They pride themselves on their high standards of what they do and don’t allow in their products. They have a list of over 2,000 ingredients that are banned from their products. That is well above the FDA standards of 11 and the European Union standards at a little over 1,300. What we are putting on and in our bodies matters for our overall health!
If you know me, you know I am pretty big on ingredients, especially in our food. Our food is what fuels our body and if we don’t fuel it properly then we can’t expect it to perform properly. Below is a list of common signs that will let you know if your body is needing a reset.
What is the 30 Days to Healthy Living Program?
The 30 Days to Healthy Living is a program that eliminates foods that can cause inflammation while focusing on improving your gut health and liver detoxification process. The program is similar to Whole 30 but way less restrictive. The goal is to reset the body and teach you how to live an 80/20 lifestyle with a new mindset and healthy eating habits. Plus you get some yummy protein and Fizz Sticks that make it way easier!
What comes with the 30 Days to Healthy Living Kit?
So, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty of what comes with the 30 Days to Healthy Living Kit.
- 2 Bags of Vegan Protein – Arbonne’s protein is a vegan based protein made of cranberry protein, rice protein, and pea protein. It comes in Chocolate and Vanilla. Each bag has 30 servings of protein in it, so with two bags, you get 60 shakes. So we use this to make nutrient-dense shakes that act as a meal replacement. You can either swap one meal out a day with these shakes or two meals.
- 2 Boxes of Fizz Sticks – Fizz sticks are natural plant-based energy. They come in a box of 30 and are individually wrapped for on-the-go convenience. They are used in place of sugary beverages like sodas, energy drinks, and coffee. Fizz sticks come in 3 flavors, Citrus, Pomegranate, and Strawberry. You can do multiple fizzes a day, I usually do 2 a day.
- Digestion Plus – Digestion Plus is a must!! I don’t go a day without this product! It has digestive enzymes and pre-and probiotics which are EXTREMELY important for gut health. It helps breakdown carbs, fat, and other foods so that it is not just sitting heavy in your tummy and can be used properly. You get a box of 30 servings, which are also packaged conveniently like the fizz sticks.
- Detox Tea – You get 2 boxes with 20 servings per box. So 40 servings in total. Detox Tea is caffeine-free so you can take it morning or night. It has Milk Thistle in it which helps the elimination organs such as the liver and kidneys to detox. (We do not recommend this product if you are nursing or pregnant because peppermint can decrease your milk production.)
Choose 2 of the 3:
- Greens Balance: This is the easiest way to power start your morning and get a ton of fruits and veggies. One scoop has 36 fruits and veggies in it! You can add it to your smoothies or you can mix it with water and chug it. I mix mine with digestion plus and the skin elixir to create greens, gut & glow shot and chug it.
- Fiber Boost: This is exactly what it sounds like, Fiber! It is a powder form of fiber that you can add to your shakes. It gives 12g of soluble fiber and helps with making you more regular.
- Cleantox Body Cleanse: The body cleanse is something that you will for sure need if you are doing the 30-day program. Unless you are nursing or pregnant. Cleantox Body Cleanse further helps with the elimination of toxins from your body. You mix it with 32oz. of water and drink it throughout the day. We only use this product on week 3 and it tastes like lemonade.
Keep in mind, you can buy any of the products separately. The kits give the best bang for your buck. But if you aren’t ready to jump all in on the 30 days, we can get you set up with a different plan to help kickstart your health goals.
How much does it cost?
So let’s break down the cost of Arbonne because I know it can seem like a lot to bite off at once. The entire kit is $266 plus tax as a Preferred Customer. When you break that down by 30 days, it comes out to less than $9 a day. That is a Starbucks run or a Mcdonald’s run. It is a matter of whether you are choosing to invest in yourself and your health or invest in food that gives you no nutritional value. What are you going to choose friend? You can do anything for 30 days!
What is a Preferred Customer?
Signing up as a Preferred Customer is $29 for the year and gets you 20% off all products. It gets you free shipping on orders over $150 and free full-sized gifts on qualifying orders. Arbonne also offers additional incentives and perks throughout the year. It is basically our way of saying thank you for being such a loyal customer. Think of being a preferred customer as signing up for Amazon Prime. You only pay when you purchase products. there are no hidden fees, auto ships, auto draft, etc. It is all on your terms and when you want to purchase.
So that is a quick run-down of. Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living review. Some of you have probably heard of Arbonne. And you may look at this and roll your eyes and want to just pass on by. That is definitely how I was until I took the time to listen. Don’t say no until you know what you are saying no to. So, I urge you to take the time to read this and be open, because it could change your life. When I listened I realized that their views on nutrition weren’t any different than mine and everything I had learned.
